How do I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders, click on the order you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel This Order" link.  

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your Pawward account.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future—stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?

Ships from the shop within 1 business days. Transit time for standard shipping is 3–5 business days.
In peak periods like holidays, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. To initiate a return, visit contact Support.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on your payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we process refunds rather than direct exchanges. You can place a new order for the desired item after your return is approved.
