Return Window
We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original, sealed packaging.
Opened and used products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene standards.
If you open a package and the product is damaged, defective, or compromised upon arrival, we will accept a return or send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent, product damaged during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@pawward.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our customer care team will review your request and respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and issue a refund within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
